Culture/Change Assessments
- Thanks for coming to TRANSLEADERSHIP, INC. to take the Change Style Indicator (CSI) and/or the Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS). Prior to proceeding further, please ensure that you have received detailed instructions from the trainer for your program; otherwise, your name will not appear in the appropriate client/participant section of the assessment site. If you are not assigned to a particular training or coaching program and you would like to take either one of these instruments, then please call TRANSLEADERSHIP, INC. at 719-534-0949 to make arrangements.
To proceed, click on the relevant assessment link for the CSI or the DOCS and follow the prompts on the assessment site. Please be sure to also have your customized additional instructions nearby, as you will need information from these instructions to complete the assessments.
